We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced front of house leader to join the small but mighty team at the National Aquarium of New Zealand. You will be an experienced people leader, willing to take on a challenge - and will be instrumental in maintaining our excellent reputation on the front line whilst training, mentoring, and leading a team of 6 staff members plus casuals in a rapidly growing tourism environment.
This is a busy and broad role and requires someone with the ability to think on their feet and multi-task, ensuring the customer is always at the forefront.
The right person will have experience in leading a successful team in a tourism environment, together with hands-on customer service experience. You will be in charge of retail, memberships, admissions, and tour bookings, as well as assisting with e-commerce and retail social media.
