The Museum Shops Association of Australia & New Zealand is run by a volunteer Executive Board made up of elected representatives from member organisations across Australia and New Zealand and a Supplier Members' representative who is appointed by the Board. Each
Board members are elected for two year terms.

Sharon looks after the day to day operations and supervises Curatorial, Administration, Reception/Shop and volunteers at the Beaconsfield Mine & Heritage Centre.
She is currently the Heritage Centre Coordinator and is based in Beaconsfield, Tasmania.

An experienced Retail Operations and Merchandise Manager, Heath has been working in the museums and cultural institutions industry for over eleven years.
He is currently the Manager of Retail at the Australia Museum based in Sydney.
Karryn is a former President and is currently Operations Manager for the National Aquarium of New Zealand.
