MSAANZ Conference 2023. 13th -15th September

We are excited to be hosting the 2023 annual MSAANZ conference in Perth at WA Museum Boola Bardip for the very first time.

We are ecstatic to announce Sarah Sevier will be our keynote speaker for our annual MSAANZ Conference 2023!
Sarah has worked in retail for 30 years in a variety of buying, merchandising and customer service roles. As Head of Retail at the V&A, Sarah has overall responsibility for the creative direction of all product sourcing and exclusive product development ensuring to keep the V&A collection and the V&A visitor experience right at the heart of commercial activity.

We are building an awesome programme of local and international speakers to discuss topics like publishing, sustainability and indigenous protocols. The programme includes panel discussions which will allow you to network with other cultural retail professionals and engage in the conversations followed by drinks and nibbles at the supplier market.

Here you can get to know the other delegates and meet with our preferred suppliers to learn more about them and their products. The second day will be packed with more interesting and captivating sessions to inspire your own retail stores and development.

We'll enjoy a conference dinner together before a day of sightseeing and visiting all the key visitor experiences Perth has to offer.
