Online Guidelines

This is the general discussion forum for all MSAANZ members. Ask questions and interact with your fellow members! All MSAANZ members automatically are enrolled in this forum.

Each MSAANZ member belongs to a regional chapter. These channels are the place to discuss topics specific to your area, such as meetings and local events,  but feel free to explore other chapters as well.

Committee Channels are specifically for the current members of each committee. The MSAANZ will enroll current members of committees to their appropriate group(s).

Posting Guidelines

Search existing threads first. Your fellow museum store buyers and suppliers experience similar challenges and situations, so there may already be an answer to the question you need help with. Use the forum’s search feature to see if you can find an immediate, existing answer.

Post descriptive topics/subject lines.
Let your fellow colleagues know what you need help with from the outset. Provide a short summary of your issue in the subject line, like “I need a supplier for ties” or “How do you handle school groups in the store?”
